AET's Ecology Group provides expertise in natural sciences and offers services in the areas of ecological assessment, planning, research and management.

Our Ecology Group is recognized for providing a solid understanding of aquatic, terrestrial and wetland biota and ecosystems; comprehensive and scientifically defensible studies; and finding integrated solutions to complex environmental problems and challenges when required.

We combine an academic background with applied field experience that is current with the latest ecological research, practices and legislation. This capability coupled with a personal and professional demeanour allows us to work effectively with different clients to help them complete their project objectives within an environmentally sustainable framework.

Our services are frequently used by clients to minimize or prevent the adverse effects of human activity on the natural environment; meet regulatory requirements; and protect, enhance and conserve natural features and resources.
